DeMeco Ryans Charitable Bowling Event & Free Football Camp 

Birmingham, AL – Former University of Alabama star and current Houston Texan DeMeco Ryans will host a celebrity bowling night on June 27, 2008 at Oak Mountain Lanes in Birmingham. The "Bowling with the Pro's Big Event" will kickoff at 6 p.m. and will put a celebrity bowler with each 5-person participating team. Cost to enter the event is $100 per bowler or a maximum of $425 for a 5 member team. Participants will receive unlimited bowling, shirt, gift bag, photo with DeMeco and chance to win other prizes.  In addition, DeMeco will be hosting the Second Annual DeMeco Ryans Football Camp at Snitz Snyder stadium in Bessemer on June 28. The camp is completely free for students in grades 6-10. The DeMeco Ryans Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and was formed in 2007 so that DeMeco could give back to the communities that have helped get him to where he is today.
