Competition is what drives DeMeco Ryans, which makes the Senior Bowl the perfect place for the Alabama linebacker and consensus All-America selection.

"Everybody is bigger, stronger and faster, but I'm comfortable because I've been playing against good competition for four years," Ryans said. "This is what you want, to play against the best players. It's a lot of fun. There's a lot of competition and great players -- the best players in the country -- but this is what you want. It's about me getting myself ready and trying to learn more and improve."
